Before you start

Your questions, answered.

How do I order?

Send your genre, three similar reference tracks and a short brief. We review everything and confirm the scope, price, dates and deliverables in a written quote. The request itself is free.

Why exactly three references?

They help define one clear direction. Choose similar genres, sound and energy, and describe what you like in each. Your production will be original.

When do I pay?

50% after accepting the quote to start production; 50% after approving the final preview and before receiving usable final files and agreed rights documentation.

Can I request changes?

Yes. We agree the direction with an early demo. Up to three minor level/EQ revision rounds cost £10 each, payable in advance. Major creative changes require a separate quote; our own technical errors and unmet agreed requirements are corrected without that revision charge.

Can I supply vocals or samples?

Yes, as optional files with your brief. They must be suitable for production and properly licensed. Declare AI vocals in advance. Vocal tuning and audio restoration are not offered.

What files and rights will I receive?

Your standard package includes the mastered track in WAV and MP3 formats, stems and the FL Studio project (.flp). A compatibility list identifies the FL Studio version and instrument/effect plugins used, including their versions and formats. Your quote confirms the files, rights and any third-party restrictions.

What do I need to open the FL Studio project?

The project file is supplied for FL Studio only. Use the latest stable release available at delivery, at least the version used to save the project. The required FL Studio edition, plugins and their licences may also be needed; software licences are not included. Requirements are confirmed before you order.

Will my project stay confidential?

Confidentiality and the agreed rights are documented for your project. We do not publish your unreleased project as a portfolio example without your permission.

Do you sell finished tracks, sample packs or mastering?

No. Spectral Tunez currently offers custom production, including mixing and mastering. The homepage demos are examples of the sound, not tracks for sale.

What if I need to cancel?

Contact us as soon as possible. The project agreement sets out cancellation arrangements before you commit. Applicable statutory cancellation and consumer remedy rights remain unaffected.
